Jampot started as a corner counter and a hotplate. It's still run entirely by five of us, between lectures and submissions — and every rupee goes straight back into the cafe.

Why we built the ordering site
The queue at 1 PM was the problem. Everyone gets the same hour free, everyone wants Maggi, and the counter can only move so fast.
So we put the whole menu online. Order between classes, pay on your phone, and either collect at the counter or have it brought to your block. The kitchen sees your order the second you pay.
The cat, the paw prints and the “Guess the Cat” game all came off the printed menu. We weren't going to lose those.
